This page is pretty much dedicated to providing those hard to find wiring diagrams and connector pin-outs. In my search for the wiring diagram for the 13W3 to HD 15 Monitor cable it took quite some time to find accurate and complete information. There are plenty of sites out there that will provide fragments of data but nothing that will give you the complete picture without you having to start experimenting.

Below is the diagram of a Commercial connector available off the market so we would assume that it is accurate.
